We're hiring an Implementation & Client Success Engineer to support our delivery company clients in Jordan using the LogesTechs SaaS platform.
About Logestechs
Logestechs is a leading SaaS company specializing in delivery and warehouse management systems (DMS & WMS), helping logistics companies across the MENA region optimize their operations.
What You'll Do:
- Implement and onboard new clients onto the platform
- Provide ongoing technical support and resolve client issues
- Visit clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
- Train client teams on platform usage
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering
- Strong communication skills in Arabic
- Willing to travel regularly within Jordan
- 1–3 years experience
Nature of Work: Delivery companies operate late hours and emergencies can arise that require immediate response outside regular working hours. We need someone who takes ownership and is ready to step in when needed.
