Role Overview
We’re looking for a Head of Sales & Business Development Lead who can take ownership of our early go-to-market motion. This is a high-impact role: you will shape how we generate pipeline, close customers, and expand into new segments. You’ll work directly with the founding team to turn interest into revenue and validate the strongest use cases across multiple industries.
This role is ideal for someone scrappy, resourceful, and excited to build GTM foundations from the ground up.

Qualifications
- 4–10 years experience in SaaS sales, business development, or GTM roles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to run the full sales cycle independently.
- Comfort selling technical products, even if you’re not an engineer.
- Resourceful, entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in early-stage chaos.
- Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Attio, Pipedrive), outreach tools, and structured workflows.
- Fluent in English & Arabic
Nice-to-Have
- Previous experience in AI, voice tech, contact centers, BPOs, or CX automation.
- Exposure to global SaaS sales (US, EU markets).
- Prior startup experience, especially pre-seed or seed stage.
- Ability to test, validate, and iterate GTM experiments rapidly.
