Responsibilities and Tasks:
1. Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned
with company objectives.
2. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and
customer behavior within the region.
3. Identify new business opportunities and propose
strategies to expand market share.

Customer and Distributor Management
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key
customers, distributors, and partners.
7. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial
agreements.
8. Ensure proper market coverage, product
availability, and visibility.
9. Address customer issues and ensure high
satisfaction levels.
RequirementsAge: 40 – 50 years old.
Experience: Min10 years of experience in
FMCG sector in Jordan, Iraq & GCC Markets.
Nationalities: Syrian, Jordanian, Lebanese, Or
Egyptian.
Education: Preferred as a priority: Business
Administration.
Flexible in moving within the region (Syria, Jordan,
Iraq & GCC)
