We are looking for a Sales Agent (Opener) to join our growing team!
Job Objectives:
The Sales Agent (Opener) is responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone, presenting products or services effectively, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the product, and the ability to build rapport with customers. The agent must maintain professionalism, adaptability, and integrity while handling objections, addressing customer concerns, and maximizing conversion rates.
Responsibilities and duties:
1. Sales & Customer Engagement
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote company products or services.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude to enhance the company’s brand image.
• Build rapport and establish relationships with customers through effective communication and active listening.
2. Product & Industry Knowledge
• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s offerings, pricing, and benefits to effectively present solutions to customers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer pain points to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Clearly articulate product features, advantages, and benefits while handling customer objections confidently.
3. Compliance & Ethical Sales Practices
• Adhere to ethical Sales standards by providing accurate, transparent, and honest information.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to customer interactions.
• Ensure data protection and confidentiality while handling customer information.
4. Performance Optimization & Teamwork
• Work collaboratively with the Sales Team and Sales Manager to refine sales techniques and strategies.
• Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer interaction skills.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through consistent effort and continuous improvement.
5. Adaptability & Problem Solving
• Adjust sales strategies based on customer responses, market insights, and feedback from management.
• Demonstrate resilience and persistence in handling rejections while maintaining a positive and proactive approach.
• Offer creative solutions to customer concerns to maximize lead conversion rates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Minimum of C1 level English proficiency is required
Years of Experience:
2–3 years of experience in a high-volume call center environment is preferred
Competencies / Behavioral Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Requirements:
• Experience with CRM systems, Sales opener tools, and VoIP systems is a plus.
• Basic data entry and documentation skills to maintain accurate records.
• Multilingual abilities (Spanish is a plus).
