We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven SDR Admin Assistant to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our prospects, responsible for making a stellar first impression and keeping our sales pipeline moving.
Key Details
- Location: On-site (Al Madina Al Monawara Street)
- Schedule: 5 days per week
- Shift: 9 hours per day (aligned with US EST Time Zone)
- Focus: Appointment setting, and administrative support
Your Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: High-volume calling to qualified leads to introduce our services.
- Appointment Setting: Managing calendars and securing firm meeting times for the senior sales team.
- Lead Management: Updating CRM records, tracking interactions, and ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.
- Admin Support: Assisting with sales documentation, data entry, and basic reporting to streamline the sales cycle or more based on requests.
Requirements
We are looking for a "closer" mindset with an "assistant" level of organization. To be successful, you must have:
- At least 1 year in Sales, Appointment Setting, Telemarketing, or similar.
- English proficiency is a must. A clear American accent is highly preferred to better resonate with our US-based clientele.
- Previous experience specifically in SDR (Sales Development Rep) roles and booking appointments is a major advantage.
- Ability to maintain high energy and professionalism throughout a US-aligned night shift.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Workspace/Office 365.
