Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and technology-forward Graphic Designer who combines strong visual storytelling skills with advanced AI-enabled design capabilities. The role supports strategic business objectives through compelling visual communications across digital, print, and experiential platforms. You will be expected to contribute to transformation initiatives, thought leadership campaigns, and internal engagement programs.
During your tenure as a Graphic Designer in our Organization and Workforce Transformation practice (AI Enabled and Digital First), you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
Creative & Concept Development
- Translate complex business and transformation initiatives into clear, compelling visual narratives
- Take a brief and develop concepts and creative ideas in support of business objectives, either in-house or working with external agencies
- Develop visual narratives that support transformation initiatives, marketing campaigns, and stakeholder engagement programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, including clients, content creators, and SMEs to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with the project requirements
AI-Enabled Design & Innovation
- Leverage generative AI and automation tools to accelerate ideation, content generation, and visual exploration
- Use AI-powered design platforms and engineering techniques aligned with corporate and client branding guidelines
- Stay updated on emerging AI design tools and recommend innovations to improve speed, quality, and efficiency
Multi-Channel Design Execution
- Handle day-to-day design requests, edits, and campaign rollouts
- Design for internal and external audiences across multiple platforms, channels, and formats to support greater stakeholder engagement and understanding: digital platforms, social media, email, video, print collateral, event stands, signage, newsletters, posters, etc.
- Create print and physical assets such as brochures, reports, event stands, signage, and newsletters
- Execute and fulfill day-to-day design requests, e.g. edits to existing collateral such as brochures, invitations, LED screens, etc.
- Develop presentation decks and executive-level visuals (PowerPoint storytelling)
- Optimize content for multi-platform engagement
- Ensure all design is consistent, on message, and on brand
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Manage multiple projects from concept to delivery under timelines
- Collaborate with marketing teams, content creators, SMEs, and external agencies as and when required
- Be sensitive to target audiences and geographic locations, ensuring local market (in a given region or country) and audience-type considerations are taken into account
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Proven experience working on large-scale campaigns and transformation initiatives
- Verbal and written proficiency in Arabic and English
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first and AI-integrated design work
- Strong creative flair and idea generation in support of specific business objectives
- Deep understanding of, and experience with, the following:
- Taking briefs on complex topics and developing concepts and creatives in a compelling way
- Managing design for campaigns, projects, initiatives, and on an ongoing basis
- Use of a wide range of media including computer-aided design (e.g. Adobe suite of products)
- Working as part of a team of marketing and communications specialists
- Ability and confidence to present concepts to colleagues and management
- Multichannel engagement across communications and marketing digital platforms, social channels (e.g. embedded and optimized graphics), email, video, print collateral, event stands, signage, etc.
- Excellent attention to detail, planning, and multitasking
- Excellent project management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Good communication skills (verbal and written). Good command of English is mandatory with fluent Arabic preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Willingness to travel (required)
Tools Knowledge / Experience
AI & Emerging Technology Tools (Highly Preferred):
- Generative AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, Runway ML or similar)
- AI-powered design automation tools
- ChatGPT or similar large language models for creative ideation and content enhancement
- Video AI tools for motion enhancement and automated editing
- Basic understanding of AI ethics, copyright, and data governance in creative production
Core tools knowledge and experience (must have but not limited to):
- Adobe suite of products (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.)
- CorelDRAW
- Procreate
- Sketch
- Canva
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for digital adaptation
