Job purpose
Improve manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and high-quality output, while actively seeking opportunities for continuous improvement to boost productivity and reduce costs.
Key accountability areas
Production planning and coordination:
- Plan and coordinate daily production processes to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products.
- Monitor and control production work in progress (WIP) and sub-store inventory.
Process improvement:
- Lead efforts to improve processes, optimizing equipment and materials for increased production efficiency.
Engineering support:
- Provide essential engineering support for production and maintenance activities to maintain operational efficiency.
Production evaluation and recommendations:
- Assess ongoing production activities and offer recommendations for improvements.
- Investigate issues, identify root causes, and suggest effective solutions.
Cost reduction and quality standards:
- Implement initiatives to reduce costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Develop clear operating instructions and equipment specifications for streamlined production.
Training and development:
- Provide training and guidance to team members, supporting their growth and contributing to production goals.
Continuous improvement and best practices:
- Formulate and implement best practices to enhance production capacity, quality, and reliability.
- Participate in 5S processes and procedures, collaborating with the safety in-charge.
Continuous learning:
- Stay updated on product specifications, engineering technology, and the latest production processes.

Academic qualification
Bachelor degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering.
Work experience
4 to 6 years.
