We are looking for a high-performance Customer Service Representative to interact with clients from the United States and input vehicle data accurately into the system.
? Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with a large number of incoming clients from customers in the United States looking to sell their vehicles.
- Communicate with clients professionally and build trust quickly.
- Gather accurate information about the vehicle (model, type, condition, specifications) and input it into the system.
- Coordinate internally to determine vehicle pick-up schedules and follow up as needed.
- Adhere to quality standards for calls and ensure the best experience for clients.
- Work effectively within a performance-driven environment (Targets & KPIs).
Skills
✅ Requirements (Basic Conditions):
- Excellent command of the English language at a good to excellent level (basic requirement).
- Preferably possess an American accent or a clear accent close to American.
- Previous experience in customer service or call centers (preferably with the American market).
- Ability to handle work pressure and interact with a large number of clients.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and listening skills.
- Speed and accuracy in data entry.
- Familiarity with vehicle basics (types, models, parts) is preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to working systems.
Work Details:
- 6 working days a week.
- 8 hours daily.
- Office-based work in Amman.
