Job Opportunity

ATTEREH is seeking to hire a highly motivated Industrial Engineer to join its team on a full-time, on-site basis in Jordan.

This role is focused on managing the Jordan office operations with a strong emphasis on intellectual property (IP)workflow management, process structuring, and operational efficiency.

The Industrial Engineer will play a key role in building and maintaining structured systems for IP administration, ensuring accurate tracking of trademarks and filings, and supporting the coordination and follow-up of all IP-related processes within the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Jordan office
• Ensure accurate documentation and monitoring of all IP-related deadlines and actions
• Coordinate with internal legal and IP teams to ensure smooth execution of IP processes
• Liaise with relevant authorities and external stakeholders when required
• Maintain organized tracking systems for all ongoing IP matters and portfolios
• Support compliance with IP procedures, internal standards, and regulatory requirements

Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Strong Expertise in intellectual property
• Strong skills in process management, workflow design, and operational organization
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, filings, and tracking systems with high accuracy
• Excellent follow-up, coordination, and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required
