Collaborate with Customer Experience Specialists to design digital marketing-enabled campaigns that drive customer engagement and generate demand.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with brand and marketing strategy.
Create and manage multi-channel marketing automation campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, local platforms) with localized content.
Optimize website content for SEO, conversion, and brand consistency.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and KPI reporting.
Champion digital marketing best practices, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and impact.
Desired Candidate Profile
3 6 years proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in a global or regional role.
Proficiency with tools such as Marketing Cloud/MessageBird, Salesforce Sales, and Drupal CMS.
Strong skills in data analysis and reporting (Google Analytics, Qlik, Excel) to drive data-based decisions.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Customer-centric mindset with focus on engagement, conversion, and brand consistency.
Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
