We are looking for a professional Head Chef for a new QSR restaurant in Irbid specializing in burgers and chicken.
1. Full kitchen management.
2. Quality and standards control.
3. Supervision of preparation and production.
4. Team management and training.
5. Monitoring of cleanliness and food safety.
6. Inventory and cost management.
7. Menu development (as needed).
Skills
* Head Cook / Kitchen Leader
• Strong experience in organized fast food restaurants
• Efficient production line management (Grill & Fry)
• Quality and speed control during peak times
Preferred:
• Experience in the Gulf or recognized restaurant chains
