Roles & Responsibilities
You will work closely with infrastructure, DevOps, and integration teams to support cloud-native environments and deploy scalable solutions using Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain OpenShift clusters (masters, workers, infra, and storage nodes)
- Monitor cluster performance and ensure high availability
- Manage and maintain cluster operators (logging, monitoring, storage)
- Handle cluster upgrades, patches, and lifecycle management
- Manage users, access control, and security policies
- Administer bastion hosts and image registries
- Manage operators, catalogs, and deployments
- Monitor and troubleshoot Kubernetes environments and container workloads
- Install and configure IBM integration products
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues and system failures
- Handle support tickets and ensure timely resolution
Requirements:
- 3 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift
- Experience with Linux systems
- Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, firewalls, load balancing)
- Familiarity with containers, operators, and storage solutions (ODF)
- Working knowledge of REST APIs and SOAP web services
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with IBM integration products
- Understanding of DevOps tools and practices
- Familiarity with Jira Service Management or similar tools
- Basic knowledge of SQL queries
