Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base.
* Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of success and ongoing development.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate partners, educational institutions, and other relevant organisations.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
* Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a professional and efficient process.
* Analyse sales data and market trends to provide accurate forecasting and inform strategic decisions.
* Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure our services are aligned with market demands.
* Represent Qureos at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with potential clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven work experience as a Sales Account Executive or in a similar senior sales role, preferably within the EdTech, HR Tech, or recruitment industry.
A demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
A genuine passion for Qureos's mission to empower young professionals.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
