We are building a high-performance team working on real solar PV, SCADA, and energy automation projects across Jordan and international markets.

• Position: Sales & Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and approach new clients.
• Present solar and automation solutions to potential customers.
• Manage sales & marketing strategies and campaigns and social media platforms.
• Close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Willing to use own car for business travel.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Proactive mindset and strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ultimately, the role focuses on understanding client needs, building trust, and delivering measurable value through smart energy solutions.
• Bachelors in marketing, business administration or any related field.
• Interest in renewable energy is a plus.

Compensation:

• Base salary: 450–550 JOD + Uncapped commission (top performers can earn up to 800+ JOD/month)
• Location: Amman head office and on-site locations.
• Working Hours: Full-time (Sunday–Thursday 9:00 to 18:00).
