Remote Based support team to serve UAE operations and are looking for professional, reliable, and English-speaking candidates to join us in Amman.
This is a full-time, office-based role in Amman, supporting UAE operations remotely. The team will handle customer calls, messages, order-related coordination, follow-ups, and communication with UAE-based operational teams.
We are hiring for different seniority levels, so candidates may apply for the role that best matches their experience.
Open Positions
1. Customer Service / Support Agent
Suitable for candidates with experience in customer service, telesales, call centers, or support roles.
Main responsibilities include:
• Handling customer calls and messages professionally
• Supporting order-related communication and follow-up
• Updating information accurately on systems
• Coordinating with UAE-based teams regarding order progress
• Following approved scripts, processes, and communication guidelines
• Escalating issues when needed
2. Team Leader / Supervisor / Sales Manager
Suitable for candidates with experience supervising teams, managing daily operations, or leading customer service / sales support teams.
Main responsibilities include:
• Supervising the daily activities of the support team
• Monitoring calls, messages, order coordination, and team discipline
• Acting as the first escalation point for operational or customer-related issues
• Tracking productivity, attendance, service quality, and performance
• Coaching and guiding team members
• Preparing daily and weekly reports
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, and workflow improvement

General Requirements
• Strong spoken and written English is mandatory
• Previous experience in customer service, telesales, call center, support, or sales operations is preferred
• Good communication skills and telephone etiquette
• Comfortable working with systems, trackers, and reports
• Organized, accurate, professional, and detail-oriented
• Able to work within structured processes and coordinate with different teams
• Experience in the floral industry is a strong plus
