Roles & Responsibilities
Support the technical handover of the Parent Portal infrastructure by ensuring smooth transition of ownership for the infrastructure resources including the preparation and delivery of all relevant technical documentation.
Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support relating to Parent Portal and integrating services
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and containerized workloads
Monitor, manage, and maintain Kubernetes clusters for performance, reliability, and scalability
Perform deployment, configuration, and upgrades of Kubernetes clusters and Azure resources
Provide maintenance and monitoring works, ensuring system availability, efficient performance, and resource optimization; prepares and presents technical reports on application performance, operational issues, and risk mitigation actions.
Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date documentation including inventories, configurations, procedures, troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices.
Support CI/CD pipelines and other related tasks that may be assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
University degree from accredited educational institution in computer sciences or information technology or other related discipline.
Field of education required:
- Computer science, information technology, electrical/computer engineering or other related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years progressively responsible experience in Azure cloud infrastructure and with strong knowledge of Kubernetes.
Nature of required experience:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Experience with DevOps
- Familiarity with networking concepts and observability tools
