Roles & Responsibilities
The Consultant will be responsible for provide end-user support and facilitate effective collaboration between technical and functional teams. Specific Outputs/Tasks include but not limited to:
- User Support & Incident Management
- Service Request & Change Management
- System Testing & Quality Assurance
- Technical Training & Capacity Building
- Go-Live & Post-deployment Support
- Coordinate with internal/external teams.

Desired Candidate Profile
A university degree in information technology or related field. Minimum 4 years of proven experience in system/application support, preferably with EMR or healthcare systems. Strong skills in troubleshooting, issue tracking, and system testing. Very good knowledge in developing complex SQL queries using SQL Server. Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, etc.) for issue and request tracking. Familiarity with DevOps practices for release management, testing, and deployment coordination.
