Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Game Art & UI/UX
- Produce in-game assets across multiple titles: UI screens, menus, flows, icons, illustrations, event art, splash screens, and in-game social assets.
- Adapt to diverse visual languages - stylized casual, anime MMORPG, medieval SLG, and traditional card-game aesthetics.
- Validate work against tech budgets (file size, RTL integrity, accessibility, in-engine performance) and hand off cleanly.
- Contribute to mood boards, references, and visual exploration during pre-production for new features.
Localization Art
- Lead Arabic adaptation passes: RTL layouts, Arabic typography, culturally-adapted assets, text-in-image localization.
- Maintain dialect and cultural-fit quality across the titles you support.
In-Game Promotion
- Produce in-game promotional art for LiveOps events, seasonal moments (Ramadan, Eid, National Day), and feature launches.
- Coordinate with Marketing Artists for asset reuse and visual consistency between in-game promos and marketing creatives.
Brand Design Support
- Partner with the Brand Designer work: pitch decks, event identity, social-media brand assets, employer branding, and internal comms visuals.
- Apply brand guidelines consistently across all touchpoints.
- Treat brand work with the same craft bar as game art.
Quality & Collaboration
- Hold the line on visual quality, style consistency, and craft polish across everything you ship.
- Mentor junior team members on technique, file hygiene, and pipeline discipline.
- Actively contribute to creative reviews and feature discussions.
