We are a growing company based in Amman, Jordan, specializing in international logistics, supply chain coordination, and import operations. Our work spans the USA, Europe, and the Middle East, with a strong focus on importing goods into Saudi Arabia. As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team and support our global operations.
Position Overview
This role will be remote most of the time, with occasional visits to our Amman office when needed. The position requires working primarily during USA business hours, as you will coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and partners across the United States and Europe ,UK .
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate international shipments from the USA and Europe to Saudi Arabia
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customs brokers
- Prepare and review shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, B/L, COO, etc.)
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams and clients
- Ensure compliance with Saudi import regulations and documentation requirements
- Manage logistics schedules, delivery timelines, and problem resolution
- Maintain accurate records and reports for all shipments ( GIT , Open order ,Planning Tracker )
- Collaborate with the operations team in Jordan and international partners
- Confirming Orders and checking payment and Expires fulfilling full orders
Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight coordination
- Strong understanding of international shipping and import procedures
- Familiarity with Saudi customs and clearance processes is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work during USA time zones
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excel and google sheet for planning order

Skills
Strong understanding of supply chain operations, order flow, and fulfillment processes.
Ability to track, monitor, and update shipment status, delivery timelines, and carrier performance.
Skilled in using logistics systems, ERP platforms, and digital tracking tools.
Excellent problem‑solving skills for handling delays, discrepancies, and operational bottlenecks.
Strong communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams.
High attention to detail in documentation, order accuracy, and compliance requirements.
Ability to analyze data and generate logistics performance reports (KPIs, aging, pending orders).
Strong time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple shipments and tasks.
Knowledge of import/export procedures, customs requirements, and regulatory compliance (if applicable).
Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy in fast‑moving environments.
