Job Title: Creative Digital Marketing Executive (Remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and execution-driven Creative Digital Marketing Executive to lead and manage end-to-end digital marketing activities. This role combines creativity with performance—covering content creation, design, video production, social media management, and paid advertising.

You will be responsible for transforming ideas into engaging campaigns and driving measurable growth across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative & Content Production

• Develop high-quality content for social media, campaigns, and digital platforms 

• Design marketing materials (social posts, ads, presentations, branding assets) 

• Create and edit video content (short-form videos, reels, promotional clips) 

• Ensure consistent brand identity across all channels

2. Social Media Management

• Manage daily operations of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) 

• Plan and execute content calendars 

• Engage with audience (comments, messages, community management) 

• Monitor trends and leverage them into creative content

3. Paid Advertising & Campaign Execution

• Plan, launch, and optimize digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) 

• Manage ad budgets and track ROI 

• Conduct A/B testing on creatives and messaging 

• Continuously improve performance based on data insights

4. Website & Landing Pages

• Update and manage website content and landing pages 

• Collaborate on improving user experience and conversion rates 

• Apply basic SEO best practices

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track KPIs such as engagement, leads, conversions, and ROI 

• Generate weekly/monthly performance reports 

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations

6. Strategy & Growth

• Contribute to marketing strategy and campaign planning 

• Identify growth opportunities across channels 

• Analyze competitors and industry trends

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or similar role 

• Strong skills in: 

o Graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) 

o Video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.) 

o Content creation and storytelling 

• Experience in managing paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads) 

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms 

• Basic knowledge of SEO and website management 

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate or property marketing 

• Bilingual (Arabic & English) 

• Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools
