Roles & Responsibilities

You will play a key role in bridging business and technical teams, ensuring that product initiatives are well-defined, prioritized, and successfully delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining product requirements, features, and user stories.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver product initiatives.
  • Support backlog management and sprint planning using tools like Jira
  • Conduct user research and competitor analysis, and gather feedback
  • Track product performance and analyze key metrics to support decision-making
  • Help prioritize features based on user value and business impact
  • Document product specifications and maintain clear internal communication

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
  • 2 4 years of experience in product management, software development, consulting, or similar roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Basic understanding of software development concepts (APIs, frontend/backend)
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
