Roles & Responsibilities
You will play a key role in bridging business and technical teams, ensuring that product initiatives are well-defined, prioritized, and successfully delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining product requirements, features, and user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver product initiatives.
- Support backlog management and sprint planning using tools like Jira
- Conduct user research and competitor analysis, and gather feedback
- Track product performance and analyze key metrics to support decision-making
- Help prioritize features based on user value and business impact
- Document product specifications and maintain clear internal communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
- 2 4 years of experience in product management, software development, consulting, or similar roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic understanding of software development concepts (APIs, frontend/backend)
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
