Roles & Responsibilities

As a member of the Business Consulting team, you ll help the world s leading organizations improve their performance in a rapidly changing environment with adequate enablement of finance transformation and technologies. You ll be part of multidisciplinary teams, bringing diverse perspectives to every challenge. You will also take the lead in developing and growing our business and client network through business development activities and cycles, building relationships with our clients key stakeholders, and contributing to the overall revenue generation efforts of the consulting wide organization.

Skills and Attributes for success

  • Passion in providing added value management consulting services for clients across various sectors in a high quality and realized value.
  • Finance experience cross functionally as part of an extended ecosystem to enable new business models and value creation
  • Knowledge in process optimization across Procure-To-Pay (PTP), Order-To-Cash (OTC), and Record-To-Report (RTR)
  • Experience in business process reengineering and designing operating models for finance functions.
  • Experience in Public Financial Management covering budget preparation and execution, revenue assurance and cost optimization areas.
  • Proven experience in leading teams to deliver high quality deliverables for key engagements / clients within various sectors; Government /Energy / Utilities sectors.
  • Ability to drive recommendations and advisory on the application of AI, automation and digital enablement solutions with clients to optimize finance operations, enhance decision making and deliver sustainable cost and efficiency improvements.
  • Good understanding in Digital Finance and ERP implementation methodologies through proven experience of SAP or Oracle implementation projects, including BRDs, processes as per the ERP standard process, understanding key modules and standard functionalities.
  • Solid experience in preparing and designing dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau to visualize key metrics and support clients in generating and designing financial reports and dashboards.
  • Ability to take develop / upskill team members to transform finance talent into a sustainable workforce.
  • Reduce finance function costs through new technologies, disruptive technologies and automation
  • Willingness to travel across MENA on regular basis for client services.

Desired Candidate Profile

You should have Consulting experience in Finance Transformation, within the Financial Services domain/industry:

  • 6-8 years of relevant working experience in finance / consulting
  • MENA based experience (preferred)
  • Strong People Management and Leadership Skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to generate business deals and make business proposals
  • Develop and maintain relationship at C-suite level

Ideally, you ll also have

  • A Master s Degree and/or CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA professional qualifications
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region
