Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Ability to review design and engineering requirements and ensure comprehensive, coordinated deliverables.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi building codes and regulations (including FLS requirements) and relevant international standards.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Good understanding of BIM principles and workflows.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery, with solid technical knowledge and ability of producing complete design packages from concept to IFC.
• Proven experience in healthcare facility design, including hospitals, as well as understanding of healthcare planning principles.
• Experience in multidisciplinary coordination with MEP, structural, medical equipment and health planning teams.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks, manage team workloads, while maintaining timely delivery of design packages.
• Strong communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to develop concept reports and present design solutions to clients.
