Roles & Responsibilities
The Electrician at Four Seasons is responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of all electrical systems within the hotel. This role supports uninterrupted luxury guest experiences by ensuring all electrical equipment, lighting, power distribution, and life-safety systems operate at the highest standards of reliability, safety, and compliance.
What You Will Do
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures
Maintain lighting systems, panels, wiring, outlets, transformers, motors, and control systems
Respond promptly to maintenance requests though Hotel centralized maintenance management system (HotSOS).
Support preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and failures
Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards
Maintain fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, and backup power systems (Generators/UPS)
Follow strict lockout/tag out and energy isolation procedures
Report hazards, unsafe conditions, or equipment defects immediately
Perform electrical work in guest areas discreetly and professionally
Assist during renovations, upgrades, and new installations
Support and follow energy conservation initiatives, monitoring electrical consumption and identifying efficiency improvement opportunities.
Complete maintenance logs, reports, and work orders accurately
Work collaboratively as part of a cohesive engineering team with a strong focus on internal service and guest satisfaction.
Maintain Four Seasons service culture and attention to detail at all times
Participate in emergency response procedures

Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on operational requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Technical diploma, or vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Maintenance, or a related technical field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, preferably within luxury hotels, resorts, facilities management, or high-end residential environments.
Strong practical knowledge of:
Electrical panels and lighting systems
Motor and control systems
Low-voltage and emergency electrical systems
Proven experience with preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting complex electrical issues.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.
Strong communication skills, a team-player mindset, and a genuine commitment to service excellence.
Proficiency in Arabic is required; English is an advantage.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and respond to emergency situations when required.
