About the job
As a Salesforce Developer at Aspire, you will design, develop, and enhance scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You will focus on building high-quality custom applications, integrations, and platform enhancements within an enterprise Salesforce environment. This role requires a hands-on developer with strong Apex and Lightning experience who can independently deliver technical solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
What you’ll do- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (Aura and/or LWC).
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support.
- Build and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, triggers, and automation processes.
- Write optimized SOQL and SOSL queries to support application performance and scalability.
- Extend and enhance Salesforce data models and business logic.
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.
- Integrate Salesforce with external SaaS platforms and AppExchange applications.
- Follow coding standards, version control practices, and CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, technical leads, and stakeholders to deliver business requirements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and iterative development cycles.
- Provide technical documentation and support knowledge transfer when needed.
- Ensure high-quality, maintainable code is delivered within project timelines.
- Troubleshoot issues and support testing, deployment, and stabilization activities.
- Communicate progress, risks, and technical considerations clearly to stakeholders.
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience developing Salesforce applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex (triggers, controllers, test classes), Lightning (Aura and/or LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience building custom objects and working in Salesforce development environments.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST-based APIs.
- Experience working with AppExchange applications.
- Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado or similar).
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in team environments.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO/SOC or similar.
