Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities (Executive & Technical):

  • Define and execute the long-term vision, mission, and growth strategy of the company.
  • Oversee all operational, financial, and administrative functions to ensure profitability and scalability.
  • Cultivate high-level partnerships and represent the brand at industry events and board meetings.

Front End Development & Technical Direction:

  • Lead the design and architecture of responsive, high-performance web interfaces using modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Establish and enforce code standards, best practices, and accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
  • Directly code key front-end components for flagship products, ensuring pixel-perfect translation from design to production.
  • Champion user experience (UX) research and implement data-driven UI improvements.
  • Manage and mentor a team of developers, designers, and product managers.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a Senior Front End Developer, Lead Engineer, or Technical Director, with a portfolio of high-impact web applications.

  • Expert-level proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and at least one modern framework (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular).
  • Deep understanding of cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and build tools (Webpack, Gulp).
  • Demonstrated executive or C-level leadership experience, including financial management, strategic planning, and team building.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (Master s preferred).
