Roles & Responsibilities

span> span>This critical role will work as part of the Infrastructure team, ensuring that the department continues its rapid growth by ensuring the correct projects are targeted and secured./span> /span> /p>

span> span>We envisage success in this role to include:/span> /span> /p>

  • Managing bid from pre-qualification staged through to award and project delivery.
  • Preparation of technical and financial proposals for INF business and liaison with cross functional divisions as and when required.
  • Coordinating with division/discipline management to facilitate Go/No-Go decisions and win strategies.
  • Conducting regular business pipeline meetings to support Improvements in process, performance of existing bids and strategy.
  • Developing and enhancing proposals materials and bid submission processes to increase project award rates.
  • Analysing historical pricing and performance data to improve winning bid margins.
  • Reading and interpreting RFPs to determine client requirements.
  • Managing and tracking all proposal progress, including post submittal follow up with clients.
  • Working with proposal coordinator and administrator to help prepare compliance matrix, assign responsibilities, and establish and maintain the proposal schedule.
  • Leading in the development/discovery of proposal themes, discriminators and win strategies.
  • Leading the proposal teams, ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures, tracking all proposal progress, including the entire end-to-end process and post-submittal follow-up with clients
  • Leading in the development/discovery of proposal themes, discriminators and win strategies including proposal kick-off and status/review meetings, recording and disseminating minutes and action items / responsibilities and leading in debriefs and lessons-learned, identifying areas in need of improvement and solutions /
  • Leading in the creation of proposal documents and formats, tailoring standard draft text, project datasheets and CVs in order to satisfy client evaluation criteria in conjunction with graphic designer input/
  • Managing production milestones, administrative requests for information, corporate financial data and file management of proposal information/

Desired Candidate Profile

span>To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 1span>12-15 years career experience with a Bachelor Degree and at least 5 years with a recognised engineering consultancy in a bidding or proposals capacity. Proven experience of proposals/bids undertaken in MENA region./span> /span> /p>
