Mangonel—a premium fragrance brand rooted in craftsmanship and high-quality aromatic oils sourced from Switzerland—is expanding its footprint across the Middle East from its headquarters in Amman, Jordan. We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented professional to join us as a Marketing manager

Highly Competitive Salary: $2,000 – $6,000 per month (Commensurate with experience and qualifications).
Direct ownership of the marketing roadmap for a luxury regional brand.

? What You’ll Be Driving (Key Responsibilities):
Growth Strategy & Revenue Impact: Own and execute revenue-focused marketing strategies aligned with monthly/quarterly targets. Build playbooks to optimize CAC-efficient acquisition, conversion, and retention.
E-commerce & Digital Growth: Lead digital marketing across website and social commerce funnels (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp). Drive CRO and manage performance marketing (Meta, Google, SEO/SEM) with clear ROI/ROAS targets.
Brand Building & Premium Positioning: Maintain Mangonel’s premium tone of voice, visual identity, and storytelling across all touchpoints. Oversee influencer strategies and PR.
Channel Expansion (B2C & B2B): Support retail growth across branches, local activations, and B2B corporate gifting/distributor enablement.
Budget & Team Leadership: Manage the marketing budget and lead internal/external creative teams (designers, videographers, agencies, media buyers).
Job Conditions:
Work Location: Full-time, Onsite at HQ (Amman, Jordan).
Days Off: 1-2 Days per week.
Skills
Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience within the fragrance, cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, or premium/luxury brands sector.
Digital & Performance Marketing: Strong background in digital performance marketing, data analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO/SEM).
• Tech & Automation: Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n) and CRN systems.
• Strategic & Revenue Growth: Proven ability to translate marketing strategy into measurable business results (ROAS, ROI, CAC optimization).
• Languages: Native/Fluency in Arabic (C2 level) and professional fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
• Soft Skills & Leadership: Highly analytical mindset, exceptional leadership capabilities, budget management experience, and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Age Range: 30-45 years.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing multi-brand or international beauty portfolios is a
plus.
