Roles & Responsibilities

The COO will drive operational excellence across retail flagship stores, wholesale divisions, and production facilities.

This role ensures the seamless integration of traditional craftsmanship with modern retail efficiency, managing the entire supply chain from design and manufacturing to final sale, while upholding the company s reputation for luxury and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership : Direct daily operations, including retail management, supply chain, logistics, and production, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Retail Excellence : Optimize performance of retail stores, focusing on customer experience, visual merchandising, and inventory accuracy.
• Production & Inventory Management : Oversee production operations to ensure timely manufacturing of jewelry, managing raw materials (gold, diamonds) and inventory turnover.
• Strategic Planning : Collaborate with executive leadership to implement growth strategies, expansion plans, and new market development.
• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and align retail, production, and administrative staff to ensure high-performance standards.
• Quality Control & Compliance : Maintain the high-quality standards synonymous with the brand, ensuring compliance with local and international jewelry industry regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 10+ years of senior operational leadership experience, preferably within the luxury retail or jewelry manufacturing sector.
• Education : Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Industry Knowledge : Proven expertise in jewelry retail operations, diamond grading/appraisal, or manufacturing.
• Strategic Thinking : Strong analytical capabilities to drive business growth and optimize supply chain efficiencies.
• Leadership: Demonstrated capability to manage diverse teams, including retail staff and artisans.
• Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English.
