At JTI, we support our global business through reliable and scalable digital and data solutions. This role sits within the Data & Analytics capability area, supporting a portfolio of business applications across multiple locations. You will work in a virtual, international environment, collaborating with business stakeholders, D&IT partners, and external vendors to implement and continuously improve data and analytics solutions in line with JTI standards and governance.

As a D&IT Business Solutions Analyst, you will:

• Manage and support business applications for the Jordan and Palestine Cluster
• Implement and maintain Data & Analytics solutions across the MENEAT region
• Continuously develop technical and project delivery skills, especially in Data & Analytics
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
• Plan and manage projects end-to-end (including data migration and go-live activities) to deploy centralized systems locally or regionally
• Work closely with business stakeholders to improve existing solutions and identify new needs
• Monitor technology trends within JTI and the market, proposing innovative solutions where relevant
• Ensure compliance with JTI Project Management Framework, D&IT standards, policies, J‑SOX controls, and governance requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT-related role
• Experience working in a global or multinational environment
• Strong knowledge of Data & Analytics technologies, including:
  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)
    
  • Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Warehouse, Synapse Analytics
  • SQL / NoSQL databases and big data platforms
    
  • Data analysis, modeling, testing, and validation
• Programming skills in Python, R, or similar
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
• FMCG experience, AI/ML exposure, solution design, or vendor management experience is considered an advantage
