Your key responsibilities
As a Senior at EY-Parthenon, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of strategic consulting engagements, specifically within the Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Industrials sector and Sustainability. Drawing on your prior experience in a top-tier consulting environment, you will define project objectives in collaboration with senior leadership and ensure execution aligns with EY-Parthenon’s rigorous standards.
You will work directly with clients to address complex strategic challenges, translating their needs into actionable insights and high-impact deliverables. Your sector expertise will be critical in helping clients navigate industry-specific dynamics.
You will also be expected to manage project teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure the quality and timeliness of all deliverables. In addition, you will proactively identify risks, escalate issues appropriately, and contribute to a culture of excellence by mentoring junior team members and supporting their development.
Skills and Attributes
Solid consulting background with demonstrated experience delivering strategic projects in the Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, and/or Sustainability sectors. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to conduct market assessments, develop business strategies, and apply data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
Candidates should be proficient in using data analytics tools and possess a deep understanding of industry trends. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
Qualifications and Experience
A bachelor’s degree from a top-ranking university. MBA or Master’s degree from a top business schools is a plus.
At least 3 to 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting or related fields.
Experience leading significant strategy projects in Energy (Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities) Industrials and Sustainability, including digital transformation and market entry strategies.
High business acumen and strategic mindset with strong analytical skills.
Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Arabic language capabilities
Willingness and flexibility to travel within the MENA region, when necessary.
