Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Planning
- Define and drive the product roadmap aligned with SkillUp MENA s digital learning vision.
- Prioritize features and technical enhancements based on user needs, market trends, and business goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to translate learning experience goals into scalable product features.
Technical Ownership & Development Oversight
- Work closely with development teams (internal and vendors) to manage sprints, releases, and QA.
- Translate business and learning requirements into clear product specs and user stories.
- Lead integration planning with third-party platforms (LMS, content libraries, assessment tools, etc.).
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with instructional design, client success, and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment and user adoption.
- Liaise with external partners and clients during pilot testing, customization phases, and rollout.
- Act as a bridge between business goals and technical implementation.
Research, Testing & Optimization
- Conduct continuous research on user behavior, feedback, and platform performance.
- Validate ideas through prototyping, A/B testing, and user interviews.
- Drive iterative improvement of products based on data insights and usage patterns.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or digital platforms.
- Technical proficiency and experience working closely with software engineering teams (Agile/Scrum).
- Experience launching and scaling web-based or mobile applications in B2B environments.
- Familiarity with learning technology standards (e.g., SCORM, xAPI, LTI) is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to translate complex user needs into technical product features.
