Key Responsibilities:
- This role involves coordinating with Zoho Partners and engaging them with pre-sales technical support to Mid-market and Enterprise clients by identifying their requirements and designing a viable solution from within the companyu2019s product portfolio.
- Deliver technical and product presentations internally and externally.
- Deliver training.
- Create compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation.
- Work with Product Management to feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new products.
- Interface with the implementation/project team.
- Articulating customer requirement, to ensure a smooth delivery transition.
- Candidates with 2-5 years experience in IT or technical pre-sales or technical consultant roles are eligible to apply.
