Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Web Programmer with strong expertise in ASP.NET MVC to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications while contributing to technical excellence and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using the ASP.NET MVC framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Mentor junior developers and support their professional growth.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and development methodologies.

Skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in web development, with a strong focus on ASP.NET MVC.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development practices.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, database design, and optimization.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services integration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with software architecture patterns and best practices.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
