Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join a dedicated support team serving a leading international organisation. Key Responsibilities Support & Service Delivery Provide remote IT support to end users, ensuring incidents and requests are resolved within agreed service levels. Act as an escalation point for complex support issues and coordinate with third-party vendors when required. Take ownership of assigned tasks and incidents from initiation through to resolution. Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Follow established IT service management processes and escalation procedures. Collaborate with internal and external IT teams to deliver high-quality support services. Assist with technical project activities as required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation. Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve IT services and operational processes. Technical Responsibilities Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues requiring deeper analysis and problem-solving. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly operational checks to ensure system health and stability. Monitor and respond to alerts generated from various IT management and security platforms. Support IT projects and technology improvement initiatives. Manage and maintain technical documentation in line with established standards and procedures. Assist with hardware lifecycle management activities, including device deployment and refresh programmes. Support endpoint management, security, and device administration activities. Technologies and Platforms Experience with, or exposure to, the following technologies would be advantageous: Microsoft 365 Microsoft Intune Microsoft Defender Active Directory Windows Operating Systems Endpoint Management Solutions IT Monitoring and Service Management Platforms

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

0 - 2 years of experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or Technical Support role.
