Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid digital campaigns (social media ads, search ads) within the allocated budget. Manage day-to-day posting and community engagement across the company's social media channels. Build and send email marketing campaigns and newsletters to clients and prospects. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and report on key metrics (reach, leads, conversions, ROI). Coordinate with the Content Creator and Graphic Designer to source assets for campaigns. Stay current on digital marketing trends and recommend new channels or tactics.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with paid social/search campaign experience. Required Skills Social Media Content Writing Graphic Design Digital & Social Media Writing
