Role overview
As a UI/UX expert, you will help shape intuitive digital experiences across internal portals and mobile applications. This role is central to improving how users interact with business systems, translating user needs and organizational goals into thoughtful, effective design solutions while working closely with technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Design and optimize user interfaces for internal portals and mobile applications to enhance user experience.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with IT, HR, and business units to align design work with organizational goals.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Ensure consistency in branding, accessibility, and usability across platforms.
Analyze user interaction data to identify improvement opportunities.
Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Provide guidance and support during the implementation phase.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of UI/UX design experience for both web and mobile applications.
Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
Knowledge of accessibility and usability standards.
Eligible to work in Jordan.
Experience in internal enterprise systems is a plus.
A UI/UX certification is a plus.

المسؤوليات
تصميم وتحسين واجهات المستخدم للبوابات الداخلية وتطبيقات الهاتف المحمول بهدف تعزيز تجربة المستخدم.
إجراء أبحاث المستخدمين واختبارات قابلية الاستخدام لإبلاغ قرارات التصميم.
التعاون مع تكنولوجيا المعلومات والموارد البشرية ووحدات الأعمال لمواءمة أعمال التصميم مع أهداف المؤسسة.
إنشاء الأسلاك الإطارية والنماذج الأولية والتصورات عالية الدقة.
ضمان الاتساق في العلامة التجارية والقدرة على الوصول وسهولة الاستخدام عبر المنصات.
تحليل بيانات تفاعل المستخدم لتحديد فرص التحسين.
مواكبة اتجاهات UI/UX والأدوات وأفضل الممارسات.
تقديم التوجيه والدعم خلال مرحلة التنفيذ.
المتطلبات
درجة البكالوريوس في التصميم الجرافيكي، التفاعل بين الإنسان والحاسوب، علوم الحاسوب، أو مجال ذو صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في تصميم UI/UX لكل من تطبيقات الويب والهاتف المحمول.
الإتقان في Figma، Adobe XD، وSketch.
معرفة بمعايير الوصول وسهلة الاستخدام.
مؤهل للعمل في الأردن.
يفضّل وجود خبرة في أنظمة المؤسسات الداخلية.
شهادة UI/UX تعتبر ميزة.
