Job overview:

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of complex digital products and software solutions, ensuring timely, high-quality, and on-budget execution. Acting as both project manager and scrum master, you will drive agile methodologies, align stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams to consistently deliver value each sprint.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within project scope, and within budget.
• Define project objectives and delivery roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, track progress (KPIs), and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and challenges, and drive mitigation plans.
• Lead client engagements to clarify requirements and manage expectations.
• Monitor team performance, remove blockers (impediments), and foster a high-performing environment.
• Drive continuous improvement of agile processes and software delivery practices.
• Ensure quality assurance (QA) standards and successful delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, software engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in project management and software delivery.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Solid experience with agile methodologies and frameworks and project management tools (like Jira).
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
