Join JTI Manufacturing Jordan as an Intern!

Location: Air Cargo Street - Al Qastal

Duration: 6 months (Paid Internship)

In this internship, you will explore manufacturing operations, learn from experts, and contribute to impactful projects in Quality, Production, Environmental Health & Safety, and Integrated Work Systems.

Key Learning Opportunities:

Understanding Manufacturing Processes and Standards:

Gain insights into the end-to-end manufacturing process, from raw material handling to the creation of the final product.

Learn about global manufacturing Quality standards and actively participate in Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities.

Explore Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) practices and understand factory safety protocols, risk management, and emergency procedures.

Shadowing & Observational Learning:

Work closely with experienced team members, observing operational and technical tasks as well as troubleshooting techniques.

Skill Development in Reporting & Compliance:

Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and maintaining records to ensure robust quality and operational standards.

Conduct compliance reviews and document corrective actions for non-compliance issues, learning the importance of adherence to safety and quality regulations.

Active Participation in Process Improvement Initiatives:

Gain exposure to process improvement projects such as Yield Projects, Quality-related projects, and 5S3R initiatives aimed at operational excellence.

Participate in discussions on operational efficiency, loss reduction, and continuous improvement strategies, contributing your insights to ongoing initiatives.

Integrated Work System (IWS) Learning:

Be part of daily Integrated Work System (IWS) Cycle meetings to understand performance metrics, loss analysis, and the formulation of action plans.

Discovering Digital Tools & SAP Systems:

Learn about SAP systems and how they integrate into manufacturing operations to enhance efficiency and tracking processes.

Required Skills:
