Responsibilities

Prepare project procurement and tender documents (RFI, RFP, and RFQ) based on approved business and technical requirements.

Evaluate technical proposals and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to select appropriate solutions.

Initiate projects through Project Charters and identify key stakeholders.

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, scope, resources, budgets, communication plans, and deliverables.

Execute and monitor projects to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, quality, and budget requirements.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and resolve issues impacting project progress.

Track project performance and prepare status reports, highlighting risks, variances, and corrective actions.

Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and maintain communication with stakeholders and project teams.

Coordinate SIT and UAT activities and ensure readiness before project deployment.

Monitor project KPIs, including Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI).

Manage project closure, handover activities, training coordination, and final sign-off processes.

Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Participate in committees and implement approved recommendations and decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.

PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) certification is preferred.

6-8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in project management or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Experience in risk management, stakeholder management, budget control, and project governance.

Understanding of banking systems, technology solutions, and digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Strong leadership, team coordination, and resource management capabilities.

Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office applications.
