Lead investigations of OOS results and technical issues by conducting troubleshooting and root cause analysis and implementing appropriate corrective actions. Supervise, train, and coach team members, providing technical guidance and supporting analytical activities and experiments as required. Review and verify stability batches, labeling, documentation, quantities, and logbook entries to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, SOPs, Health & Safety requirements, and participate in internal and external regulatory inspections. Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely communication, issue resolution, and successful project execution.
