<p>VirtuStaff is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to join its Jordan-based pre-launch team and help build the company’s marketing function ahead of its GCC launch. The role will manage two connected growth funnels: high-volume candidate acquisition in Egypt and B2B client demand generation across the UAE and GCC. The successful candidate will personally plan, launch and optimize paid-media campaigns, manage marketing budgets, improve landing-page conversion, establish performance tracking and reporting, and coordinate content, design, SEO, PR and video-production activities.
