<p>WHAT YOU LL DO Design and manage the complete lifecycle of wired and wireless LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, network security, cloud security, and shared infrastructure services across airports and gateways, from provisioning through decommissioning. Lead pilot and customer migrations from existing environments to SITA Connect Versa, including implementation, validation, troubleshooting, and coordination with Design and Engineering teams. Oversee WAN and service-provider network provisioning to ensure resources and capabilities are deployed accurately, on time, and in line with quality and operational standards. Monitor service performance, analyze trends, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure network platforms and software remain current and meet operational benchmarks. Plan and implement service changes and enhancements, manage associated risks, and minimize disruption to live operations. Develop and maintain accurate documentation covering customer networks, airport network security, shared infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures. Support incident and problem management and provide expert troubleshooting across routing, switching, NAT, QoS, IPsec, and SD-WAN technologies, contributing to root cause analysis and corrective actions. Strong knowledge of Layer 2 and high-availability technologies, including VTP, STP, RSTP, PVST, and HSRP. Experience implementing and troubleshooting Cisco and Juniper routers and switches, as well as Cisco ASA and Palo Alto firewalls. Working knowledge of data center switching technologies, including Cisco Nexus and Cisco ACI. Understanding of network service models, service-level agreements, network management tools, and incident, problem, and change management processes. Ability to analyze network scenarios, communicate clearly with technical and customer-facing teams, and deliver customer migrations with minimal operational disruption.
