The role also involves contributing to the development of tools that enhance partnership mechanism and coordination with stakeholders. In summary, this role aims to strengthen organizational partnership building and management, and to help in developing context-appropriate strategy, processes, and practices that align with country needs and organizational goals. Dimensions of the Role The position is based in Amman, with travel across Jordan as required. Reporting to the Head of Resource Mobilization, the role operates within the Business Development function and works closely with program, technical, finance, and operations teams to ensure coherent processes. Reporting to the Director, RSSD the Consultant will review current progress, identify bottlenecks and delivery risks, coordinate follow-up across project contributors, support management decision-making, and complete the deliverables set out below.
