The Program & Partnership Manager (PPM) will work under the direction of the IOCC Country Representative, and in close coordination with IOCC project staff, in ensuring the quality of IOCC’s relief, early recovery, and development projects in Jordan – in line with IOCC and donor policies, procedures, and requirements. The PPM will support the Program Department in ensuring high quality implementation of project activities, adherence to IOCC project management processes, and supporting donor requirements, such as reporting. The PPM will focus on maintaining and growing IOCC’s relationships with key stakeholders while also identifying and building new partnerships. The PPM will support the expansion of IOCC’s work in Jordan, working with the Country Representative on business development. Day-to-day tasks include work on project implementation, as well as project reporting; supporting IOCC Jordan’s Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) on robust MEAL of projects and building IOCC Jordan’s evidence base; representing IOCC with key stakeholders and coordination with external bodies; and supporting the development of reports and proposals. With the Country Representative and Program Department, the PPM will support the capacity building of local partner(s). Additionally, the PPM will contribute to strategic initiatives and complete special projects, as assigned. </p>

<li>As directed, implement or support the Program Department in implementation of relief and development projects in accordance with the mission and goals of IOCC, IOCC and donor regulations, grant agreements, work plans, and budgets to meet objectives and serve targeted populations</li>
<li>Work closely with the IOCC MEAL and Program Department to ensure project management tools are in place and properly utilized for assigned projects, supporting monthly review of project documents, indicator tracking tables, work plans, etc.</li>
<li>Support the Finance & Administration and relevant project staff in the financial management of assigned projects, including (but not limited to) tracking expenditures, regular budget reviews and forecasting, providing input for cash requests, etc.</li>
