<p><span>The Center for Civilians in Conflict (CIVIC) seeks an experienced <span>Senior Program Manager</span> to lead the implementation, operational management, and strategic development of its Yemen portfolio.</span></p><br> <p><span>Based in Amman, the Senior Program Manager will oversee programme implementation across Yemen, while ensuring high-quality delivery, donor compliance, financial stewardship, and operational effectiveness.
