The project aims to support children evacuated from Gaza and their caregivers who are currently receiving health services at hospitals in Jordan, through the provision of trauma-informed, child-centered, and family-focused psychosocial support interventions.</p>

<li>Follow up with families as needed to ensure continuity of psychosocial support.</li>

•Review designs for all infrastructure projects prior to submission to the HQ Design Review when needed.<br>
•Liaise and coordinate with the Regional Infrastructure Advisor on any technical matters in relation to design management, as well as with other relevant stakeholders within the Amman Hub as needed.<br>

3. Construction Supervision<br>

•Provide strategic oversight and technical assurance for construction activities across infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with approved scope, quality standards, cost parameters, and delivery schedules.<br>
•Guide PMs to ensure that all infrastructure projects have effective quality control systems in place.<br>
•Support PMs to ensure that the overall management of works implementation is completed on time, within budget and to quality standards.<br>
•Support PM in reviewing needs assessment, organize preliminary studies/ assessments.<br>

<p>Employee will be part of the deployment pool and will be required to support deployments to various CONUS/OCONUS locations as required. This position will require the member to be flexible in the support of assigned deployment/work schedules.</p>
<p>Supports an aircraft ground equipment (AGE) shop in a medium to large-sized military aircraft flying organization. Ensures the timely and proper performance of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on AGE equipment and light support vehicles. Inspects, tests, and operates AGE to determine equipment serviceability and proper operation. Diagnoses mechanical and electrical circuitry malfunctions. Interprets drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical data to facilitate repairs and/or modifications to ground support equipment.</p>
<p>Identifies appropriate replacement parts in TOs and technical documents and orders those parts. Removes, disassembles, repairs, cleans, treats for corrosion, assembles, and re-installs AGE accessories and components. Stencils and marks AGE as appropriate. Services equipment with fuel, oil, coolant, water, hydraulic fluid, and air as required. Operates, cleans, inspects, and services AGE tow vehicles. Maintains and documents AGE equipment and tow vehicle forms. Positions equipment to support aircraft maintenance and flying operations. Schedules PMIs as required. Adheres to safety procedures and follows technical orders as applicable.</p>
<p>USAF equivalent position is AGE Mechanic Apprentice.</p>
<h4>Essential responsibilities</h4>
<p>Maintains external fuel and grounding systems; performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on GSE; inspects, tests, and operates GSE to determine equipment serviceability and proper operation; services equipment with fuel, oil, water, coolant, hydraulic fluid, refrigerant, and compressed air; diagnoses mechanical and electronic circuitry malfunctions using visual and auditory senses, test equipment, and technical publications.</p>
<p>Disassembles and assembles malfunctioning basic GSE accessories and components; removes, disassembles repairs, cleans, treats for corrosion, assembles, and reinstalls GSE components and accessories; stencils and marks GSE in accordance with technical publications; stores, handles, labels, uses, and disposes of hazardous materials and waste in accordance with all state, local, and federal environmental standards and regulations.</p>
<p>Prepares GSE for storage and mobility deployment; and operates, cleans, inspects, and services GSE towing vehicles.</p>
<p>Assists in maintaining vehicle records and assists with updating paper and electronic equipment records; provides dispatch service for GSE, including positioning equipment to support aircraft maintenance and flying operations; practices good housekeeping, tool control, foreign object damage prevention, and safety at all times.</p>

<h4>Minimum requirements</h4>
<ul>
<li>Must have high school diploma or have completed relevant military and/or vocational technical school curriculum.</li>
<li>Minimum of one-year actual AGE maintenance experience required.</li>
<li>Must be qualified with most basic types and uses of AGE equipment.</li>
<li>Must be familiar with diesel engine maintenance and repair, and HVAC maintenance and repair at the basic level.</li>
<li>Must be able to perform increment monitor duties to include but not limited to equipment/cargo preparation, documentation, pallet build-up, and hazardous cargo.</li>

Draft and revise updated clinical content for priority conditions, including the ten most common diseases managed at UNRWA health centres, child health protocols, STI diagnosis and treatment, rational prescribing, and antibiotic stewardship. Integrate patient-centred, family-centred, preventive, and life-course approaches across relevant clinical protocols. Coordinate technical consultations with UNRWA focal points and incorporate feedback into a coherent final draft. Design the ToT curriculum, facilitator guide, participant materials, presentations, case studies, competency checklists, pre- and post-test tools, and training evaluation forms. Develop a practical implementation monitoring framework and mechanisms to track field-level implementation progress. Phase 2, 2027: ToT Delivery, Cascade Support, and Implementation Monitoring, One Month During Phase 2, the Consultant shall deliver the ToT and support field-level roll-out of the updated STG-TI. Finalization of updated guidance. Revise and finalize the STG-TI in close coordination with UNRWA technical staff, ensuring technical accuracy, internal consistency, clarity, and operational feasibility across all fields. 4. Training of Trainers package. Develop a modular ToT curriculum and training materials directly mapped to the updated STG-TI, including training objectives, competencies, session plans, case studies, presentations, assessment tools, and trainer guidance. 5. ToT delivery and cascade support. Conduct four standardized ToT sessions per field of operation, unless otherwise agreed with UNRWA, and provide online support to each trainer during at least one cascade training session. 6. Implementation monitoring. Support UNRWA to monitor implementation of the updated guidance. Additional Information Hybrid modality, with a 40% level of engagement during each active month. </p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>Advanced university degree or postgraduate specialization in Family Medicine, such as Jordanian Board, Arab Board, or equivalent internationally recognized qualification. A closely related clinical primary health care discipline should be considered where relevant.
