<p>We are growing our engineering team and are looking for a technically strong Engineering Manager to lead one of our delivery teams. This is a delivery-focused leadership role: your job is to turn a cross-functional roadmap into shipped, high-quality software on a predictable cadence, while providing the technical insight and guidance needed to keep delivery pragmatic, reliable, and well-executed. Contract and Service Monitoring The Consultant will monitor facilities management service contracts and SLAs, review procurement specifications and service requirements, follow up on contractor and service provider performance issues, support compliance with agreed service standards, and document service delivery performance. Institutional Coordination and Reporting The Consultant will coordinate with CSSD units and internal stakeholders on facilities and sustainability matters, prepare reports, updates, and analytical summaries for management, support operational improvements and updates to procedures, and facilitate knowledge sharing and internal coordination on sustainability initiatives.
