Soluvide is hiring two Sales Executives in Jordan to sell AI chatbots, AI agents, and business automations to Jordanian companies. The role is full-time and remote-first, based in Amman and covering the Kingdom, and pays a base salary plus uncapped commission. A minimum of two years' B2B sales experience is required.

Soluvide is a software company headquartered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We build AI chatbots, AI agents, and business automations for companies that need them to work in production systems that answer inbound leads, process documents and invoices, route enquiries, and keep a CRM current, in English and Arabic. Our clients are ordinary businesses with an operational problem, not technology companies shopping for tools. Engagements are scoped after a free consultation and quoted as a fixed fee, with a written proposal inside 24 hours. Proven patterns go live in 5 10 business days; fully custom systems take three to four weeks.

We are opening Jordan as a market and hiring two Sales Executives to do it. You will be among the first commercial hires on the ground, responsible for building a pipeline from a standing start: identifying companies with a problem worth solving, reaching the person who owns that problem, understanding how their operation actually runs, and bringing a scoped opportunity back to our engineering team. This is a consultative B2B sale. Your buyers are owners, general managers, and operations directors who will ask specific questions about what the system does, what happens when it fails, and who owns it afterwards. You will be trained on the product so you can answer those questions accurately rather than deflect them. The role reports to the Managing Director in Abu Dhabi and works closely with the engineering team throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a pipeline of clinics and hospitals, trading and distribution companies, IT service providers, and export-facing manufacturers in Amman and across the Kingdom.

Generate your own opportunities through outbound calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, industry events, and referrals.

Run discovery meetings that establish how the business handles enquiries and manual work today, what that costs, and who approves a change.

Demonstrate Soluvide's AI assistants and automations, and explain accurately what they do and where their limits are.

Prepare scoping briefs for the engineering team covering the client's process, the systems involved, and the outcome required, so a fixed-fee proposal can be issued within 24 hours.

Manage opportunities from first contact to signed agreement, including proposal follow-up, objection handling, commercial terms, and coordinating technical calls.

Maintain accurate CRM records of every account, contact, stage, and next action.

Report market feedback which sectors respond, which objections recur, which requirements we cannot meet to inform positioning and product priorities.

Represent Soluvide at industry events and in-country client meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum two years in B2B sales, business development, or account management software, IT services, SaaS, telecoms, medical devices, industrial equipment, or a comparable considered sale in Jordan or the wider region.

A demonstrable sales record: what you sold, to which types of company, typical deal size, sales-cycle length, and how you sourced the opportunities.

Proven ability to generate outbound pipeline. Most of this territory does not exist until you build it.

Professional working proficiency in Arabic and English.

Ability to hold a substantive commercial conversation with a business owner about operations, headcount, and cost not a features conversation.

Sufficient technical literacy to understand what an AI agent, a WhatsApp Business API integration, and a CRM automation do. Programming skills are not required.

Based in Amman or able to cover Jordan effectively, including domestic travel for client meetings.

Accuracy about what the product can and cannot do. We do not overstate timelines or capabilities to close business.

A valid right to work in the country of the role.

Preferred qualifications

Existing relationships with decision-makers in any of the sectors listed above.

Experience selling custom or project-based implementations rather than off-the-shelf licences.

Working familiarity with a CRM such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.

Prior exposure to AI, automation, or software delivery, as a seller, a buyer, or a user.

Experience opening a new territory or market.

A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.

The holder runs cash, funding, banking, guarantees and payments across all entities and is expected to command that function competently and independently from the outset. From day one the holder owns the banking relationships and approves guarantees within a delegated authority. As the function matures, the role expands further into the strategic treasury work, facility negotiation, deposit strategy and treasury policy, working with the CFO and progressively taking ownership. It suits an established treasury professional ready to lead a group treasury function and grow into Treasury Manager, not someone learning the fundamentals. Key Responsibilities Treasury operations Cash and forecasting : Maintain a clear, current view of cash and overdraft positions across the Group s entities and banks and prepare the rolling cash forecast. Funding: Arrange funds so each entity meets its obligations on time, moving money between accounts as needed. Bank records: Own the bank account register and keep mandates, signatories and records accurate and current. Deposits: Execute fixed-deposit placements, track maturities and keep the deposit schedule current. Bank guarantees: Act as Guarantee Coordinator: log every request, run the pre-submission checks, submit them to the bank, chase to issuance and keep the guarantee register current including expiries and releases. Guarantee approvals : Approve guarantees within a delegated authority set by the CFO, escalating larger or unusual cases in line with the Group guarantee procedure. Banking relationships : Act as the Group s principal day-to-day contact with its banks, managing the operational relationship and coordinating with the CFO on matters of strategy. Accounts payable and payment execution Payment execution: Execute approved payments accurately and on time within the Group s approval framework. Supplier payments : Manage the payment side of the supplier relationship. Reconciliation : Keep the ERP accurate and reconciled for all cash and payment activity. Expanding scope The role is expected to take growing ownership of these areas, in partnership with the CFO and then increasingly independently: Facility negotiation, structuring and pricing of the Group s bank facilities. Deposit and investment strategy, shaping how the Group s surplus cash is placed. Treasury policy and controls, helping build the framework as the function matures. Skills/Experience Education : Degree in finance, accounting or commerce. A professional qualification, or progress toward one such as CTP, ACCA, CMA or CA, is a strong advantage. Experience : At least 8 to 10 years in treasury, in a multi-entity or multi-country group, with a demonstrated record of running treasury operations, not supporting them. Treasury depth: Strong command of cash management, bank account administration, fixed deposits, and bank guarantees or trade finance. Direct experience of facility and rate negotiation and of managing banking relationships is expected. Accounts payable: Confident owning payment calendars, payment runs and ERP reconciliation, and comfortable holding the payment function to a disciplined standard. Systems: Strong ERP and Excel skills. Experience of banking portals and automated payment systems is an advantage. Leadership readiness: Ready to lead a group treasury function and to grow into Treasury Manager as the function and team expand. The person Accurate and disciplined, with the judgement to get details and timing right every time. Trustworthy with money and mandates, and comfortable operating within a clear approval framework. Organized and calm under deadline pressure across many entities and currencies. Clear and professional in English, with banks and suppliers alike. Proactive and commercially sharp, the kind of person who sees an issue coming and brings the CFO the solution, not just the problem. Physical and Mental Requirements: Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Mobility: Must be able to walk and climb to perform duties, including maneuvering within a refinery or plant environment and accessing elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells. Young people, particularly those with disabilities, face high levels of underemployment and exclusion from social and economic life. Despite legal frameworks that guarantee equality, persons with disabilities remain marginalized, with employment rates at only 21 per cent compared to 39 per cent for persons without disabilities. This exclusion is not only a social challenge but also an economic burden, costing the national economy an estimated $328 million annually. The barriers are both cultural persistent misconceptions about productivity and cost and structural, including inaccessible transport, unsuitable urban environments, and limited workplace accommodations. ESCWA has long been engaged in advancing disability inclusion and youth empowerment across the Arab region. Through its convening power, technical expertise, and regional mandate, ESCWA has supported national strategies, strengthened policy frameworks, and enhanced labour market statistics to promote inclusive development. In Jordan, ESCWA has produced policy briefs analyzing the challenges and opportunities for persons with disabilities. In 2025 the Government of Jordan formally requested ESCWA s assistance in developing a national strategy for the economic empowerment of persons with disabilities, alongside technical support for programs aimed at connecting social assistance beneficiaries including youth and persons with disabilities to the labour market. In response, ESCWA is implementing the project From Dependence to Dignity: Economic Empowerment for Persons with Disabilities and Youth in Jordan. The project combines high-level policy reform with practical, demand-driven interventions. It focuses on three main areas: launching a national strategy for the economic empowerment of persons with disabilities; enacting reforms to bridge the national skills mismatch; and upgrading the skills of youth and persons with disabilities while connecting them to inclusive employment opportunities. Central to this effort is the enhancement of the Josour Initiative, which strengthens skills, employability, and job-matching opportunities for persons with disabilities and youth.
