<p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><p>Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the approved curriculum and learning objectives.</p><p>Develop lesson plans that enhance students reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, and communication skills.</p><p>Adapt teaching strategies and differentiate instruction to meet diverse student learning needs and abilities.</p><p>Create a positive, safe, and engaging English classroom environment through effective classroom management.</p><p>Assess students English language proficiency and academic progress using various assessment methods.</p><p>Prepare quizzes, tests, assignments, and provide timely feedback to support student improvement.</p><p>Maintain accurate records of student grades, attendance, and academic progress.</p><p>Communicate regularly with parents regarding students English performance, progress, attendance, and behavior.</p><p>Integrate technology, digital resources, and innovative teaching methods to enhance language learning.</p><p>Encourage students to develop confidence in using English for academic and real-life communication.</p><p>Participate in school activities, events, committees, field trips, and professional development programs.</p><p>Support curriculum development and improvement initiatives while implementing feedback from supervisors.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Qualifications</p><p>Bachelor s Degree in English Language, English Literature, English Education, or a related field.</p><p>Valid teaching certificate/license issued by the Jordanian Ministry of Education.</p><p>Previous experience teaching English in a school environment is preferred.</p><p>Strong knowledge of English language teaching methods, curriculum planning, and assessment practices.</p><p>Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills.</p><p>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.</p><p>Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.</p><p>Proficiency in educational technology and Microsoft Office applications.</p><p>Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.</p><p>Ability to differentiate instruction and support students with varying English proficiency levels.</p><p>Commitment to continuous professional development and improving teaching practices.</p>
